We are looking for a well rounded Mid-weight Full-Stack PHP Web Developer, with great passion for development.
Role:
- Development of web app projects
- Participation in technical scoping sessions
- Bringing new ideas and technologies to the team
- Writing clear and concise documentation
Skills:
- Proven skills in HTML, CSS and Javascript (inc OO, ES6, JSON and AJAX)
- Experience in WordPress is essential
- In depth experience working with GIT version control and Github
- Experience using preprocessors such as SASS
- Experience in using package managers such as Grunt, NPM and Bower
- Experience in using module bundler as Webpack
- Experience in modern PHP-based frameworks such as Laravel
- Experience in configuring and maintaining Linux servers to serve personal projects and pre-existing websites
- Ability to work well autonomously and also part of a team
Desirable
A distinct advantage to have experience in:
- Vue or React or Angular
- Amazon AWS services
- Heroku
- Contribution to Open Source projects

Key Responsibilities
– Manage digital projects from end to end
– First point of contact for your assigned clients
– Create project documentation – briefs, proposals, and contact reports etc
– Build strong relationships across client accounts
– Evidence of developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns
– Energy & Positive Approach – an infectious ‘Can Do’ attitude
– Working with creative and development teams
The role
Account Management
– Client facing – both face to face, and conference calls
– Demonstrates very strong organisational skills
– Excellent communication and influencing skills – written, verbal & listening with strong presentation skills
– Ability to multitask, managing multiple, multi-phase projects at various stages
– End to end campaign management experience
– Proactive mindset
– Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining project deliverables such as project briefs, proposals, timing plans, status reports, and contact reports
– Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy
– Online research experience and excellent presentation skills
– Project manage campaigns to time and to budget
– Effectively report back to client on campaign and programme effectiveness
-Actively seek opportunities to improve processes to ensure efficient management and delivery of programmes
– Ability to drive through multiple projects
Digital Knowledge
– Must have a passion for all things digital
– Experience with Social Media management, measurement, and listening tools
– Maintain knowledge of current trends and social marketing
– Able to deliver a social media strategy to ensure growth of engagement and communities
– Demonstrated experience delivering a social media report
– Understanding SEO & PPC best practice (on and off page) and SEO content delivery
– Provide input into content development and generate ideas to drive engagement
– Experience of SEO reporting and tools, including Google Analytics
– Experience of managing a website project – end to end
– Email Marketing knowledge
